Immigration Judges are removing cases from the Court's active docket without motion from either party
I've received 5 notices in the last week where an immigration judge has removed a case from the court's active docket without motion from either party. At last count I've had 10 cases removed in 2023 alone.Tags: None

They are cutting down illegal crossings by granting parole to the people who would be doing it before they reach the border. They use the advance parole to enter at a POE instead of making an illegal crossing. Apparently, they are trying to reduce the immigration court backlog by taking cases from the court's active docket.
