Where age [2] is recorded, 81,080 or 31 percent of these immigrants were from 0 to 17 years of age at the time DHS issued the NTA."

13,135 out of 18,846—or 69.7%—held in ICE detention have no criminal record, according to data current as of April 11, 2022. Many more have only minor offenses, including traffic violations.
