As the Biden administration ramps up its military support to fight against Russia's fascist aggression in Ukraine, there are growing signs that America's homegrown fascist movement may come closer to overthrowing democracy at home, beginning with a Republican victory in this November's election. Numerous news reports are advising that the Republicans are using fear and hatred of brown and black immigrants as one of their main election talking points, just as Donald Trump did successfully in 2016. The focus for this campaign centers on the supposed "onslaught" of immigrants which Republican politicians are warning will allegedly take place at the US- Mexican border if two centerpieces of the Trump/Miller regime, "Remain in Mexico" and the use of the Title 42 public health measure to stop immigration, are abolished.

Republican attorneys general in numerous states are now attempting to force President Biden to keep these two egregious human rights violations in place through court action.
