The Hill reports on December 26 that the January 6 Congressional Panel is considering referring Donald Trump rp to the Attorney General for criminal prosecution over the January 6, 2021 insurrection at the US Capitol.

Trump should also be referred to the tribunal at The Hague for determination about whether his campaign of vilification and demonization against brown immigrants, and the widespread suffering caused by his "Remain in Mexico", immigrant detention and border wall construction, together with his attempts to shut down most of Americas' legal immigration system constituted Crimes Against Humanity.
