  are we asking for professionally tailored answers - I guess not. Please email to ombudsman or call USCIS customer service after 90 days is not a solution. we want a quick solution if we waited for 90 days not send an email and wait for another 30 days and then send another email and wait for 30 days - this is unacceptable by all means. greg please let them know about this. i personally am facing nightmares due to the delays in EAD for my wife and she is not being able to do something she wants to do as a physician trainee
