On a more serious note, I think it is commendable that Mr. Bond at the age of 83 has decided to come out of retirement to write this book. He is helping ensure that kids will grow up to be human beings and not bigots. His is an example that should be followed in the US, as well.

It will be a powerful story, with a hapless, bewildered bear facing deportation. As one of the comments indicates, the antis recognize this:

"Sounds like Left-wing propaganda to get the kids "onside" to me, or is it just coincidence that Paddington has been resurrected after all these years?
