If 6 police officers can get away with a slap on the wrist when beat up an handcuffed man, then surely Border Patrol can get away with intentional lies. The law is always on their side, why the surprise? Remember that President Clinton could get away with lying under oath. This is how the system works.. lying is what politician do for a living. It is not like hiring a prostitute, that could end your career in a blink, lying is okay.

Of course, it is entirely possible that it is the journalist who lied.

Alleged remarks by a Border Patrol manager threatening any American with loss of Citizenship are a form of State Terrorism and need to be investigated in depth. This Border Patrol manager needs to be put on immediate Administrative Leave until an investigation is completed.


There needs to be an immediate official and non-partisan outside investigation of Giuliano's alleged remarks and, if found to be true, then he needs to be immediately fired with loss of Pension, and he needs to be criminally charged under whatever Statutes may be applicable.

In my opinion The Border Patrol are Lying Scum who couldn't care less about the Bill of Rights or the US Constitution and are part of an ever-expanding Police State apparatus inside our country that is increasingly turning it's guns on American Citizens, abusing us with impunity. They are conditioning Americans to "Obedience to Authority" and they are professionals at misrepresenting themselves and their legal authority as they stop and interrogate people and illegally search vehicles, not just at the Border but throughout America.

The Border Patrol, ICE and Homeland Security need to be brought to heel, as they are a Clear and Present Danger to our American Way of Life and to the ideals of the founders of this Nation.
