  I totally agree with you, you have hit the nail. Dems will not do ANYTHING for legal as they are pro-union. They will never increase H1-B cap or fix the visa retrogression. repubs look at skilled immigrants as a way for improving the economy, which is true. Questions is: How far and how interested are the repubs in pushing for legal immigration in 2011, when they gt hold of the house. I am not waiting for 2012 and other false promises. Their are other places that welcome skilled immigrants, barring UK now .
