  "I totally agree with George on the redistricting. If I can't vote why include me in the count for allocating Congessional seats. Don't use non immigrants for political gain we are already screwed with the broken immigration system, don't exploit us further."
  
  If they want to do away with birthright citizenship they should not be counting illegals towards redistricting. Arizona will loose at least two more districts if illegals are not counted..and three if legals and illegals are not counted.

  And oh yes...folks are staying away from Singapore, Shanghai and Hong Kong due to water shortages!

  I think you missed my point or maybe you know that it is irrefutable. Residential demand for water is squeezing industry need for water in California. Population growth in California is on a net basis entirely from immigration. These are facts.
