Not surprising, but helpful that the National Foundation for American Policy has looked at this issue. Here's the report which explains the problems with the new law:

  As I say over and over gain to Americans who want no immigrants...kick all foreigners out of this country if they take back all Americans working in other countries. But, the problem is most of these anti-immigrant groups and individuals dont believe in fairness...they want a one way street!
