The Office of Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman has launched a pilot program to assist people in resolving case problems with USCIS for individuals have have failed to get results from the USCIS Customer Service system.
The Ombudsman's office has been making a lot of progress of late in expanding its capabilities and I'm glad to hear about this initiative.

Key for Obama is Latino population. Lets see what he promises them this time. Reid didn't deliver on his promise of immigration but he was re-elected (thanks to Latino turnout). It just goes to show why Obama doesn't include immigration in his winning strategy. Regardless of surveys, when it comes to voting in elections, do Latinos really care about false promises (and delivery on those promises) on immigration?
If Perry/Romney can throw out some false promises on immigration, can they win these states in play?
