  A petition has been posted at whitehouse.gov urging the government to do something about backlogged EB2/3 category

  Allow applicants to change address once submission has occurred. If, for example, an applicant wins the lottery but then moves to a different location, that applicant will never know they one. This is important because it takes almost a year to be notified that you have actually won the Diversity Visa Lottery. By using a 3rd party service, they will be able to contact you via email and/or phone and send all winning documentation to correct address.
