The number could drop further next year if a bill that would impose an entry fee becomes law. That bill has already passed the Senate.

#5Editing a commentNot surprising at all. This year Bangladesh is not eligible. Last year - 7.6 million people from Bangladesh applied. So the numbers actually stayed pretty much the same.
