The quick and dirty - EB-3 numbers for "rest of
world" jump a dramatic five months and Chinese nationals jump seven months are
no longer behind everyone else. But Indians continue to suffer as their EB-3s
only advance two weeks. And Indian EB-2s don't move at all.
