OK folks, calling it a night after this. Here is the first part of the bill. The opening sections contain the critical border security triggers that have to be met before legalized people can get green cards. Title I then gets in to the details of how billions of dollars of funds are going to be spent to achieve "effective control" of the border.
Some of the most interesting sections remain - the legalization program, DREAM, AgJobs and the W guest worker visa.

Grassley obviously doesn't have a shred of decency. Only an out and out cad would use the tragedy in Bean Town to further his immigration agenda. It is unfortunate that he has managed to retain his seat in the Senate for this many years.
Ok, so they were USCs, as was Timothy McVeigh (who killed and injured over a 1000 victims in Oklahoma City). Furthermore, Bin Laden never set foot in the USA. So, the tragedy in Boston should have no bearing on reform pertaining to immigration. Conclusion?
