On July 20th, ICE announced it was not granting any additional extensions to employers who were served Notices of Inspections (NOIs) by ICE during March 2020. Thus, July 19th was the last day to respond to March 2020 NOIs.

Previously, ICE and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced employers who were served Notices of Inspection (NOIs) by ICE during the month of March 2020 and had not already responded were granted an automatic extension for 60 days from the effective date. Thereafter, ICE granted additional extensions of 30 days each in May and June to employers.
