Immigration Attorney
Philadelphia, PA - Small law firm seeking Immigration Attorney with 2-5 years of Experience . Primary focus will be family based immigration and removal defense. This job also includes representing clients in municipal court matters and other non-immigration related matters. Duties will include: attending hearings and interviews, writing briefs, motions, and appeals. Must be a self-starter and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision. Foreign language fluency (Spanish) is preferred but not required. Must have own car since traveling to various courts is essential. Candidates must be detail oriented, able to multitask, and have strong analytical (research & writing) as well as organizational skills. Must be Admitted in PA. Please include salary requirements.
