Comment: Kudos to USCIS for Grace Period

We write to thank USCIS for listening to the EB5 community's entreaties for time to adjust to the new EB5 Regime in the new EB5 regulation published in the Federal Register yesterday. Under the Administrative Procedure Act, USCIS was required to institute a deferred effective date of only 30 days. However USCIS provided a deferred effective date of 120 days, which is a good thing because it gives all the stakeholders in the EB-5 industry including the projects, regional centers, attorneys and investors the time to adjust to the new regime. Kudos to USCIS for the 120 day grace period!
