The purpose of this teleconference is to demystify consular returns, to learn from DOS how it processes these returns, and to explore how USCIS manages the consular return process once it receives the returned petition from DOS. Officials from both DOS and USCIS have been invited to join this teleconference in what we hope will be a lively discussion and shed light on this important subject. Teleconference participants will have the opportunity to pose questions to government representatives during the Q&A portion of the teleconference.
