Immigration Court and EOIR Office Closings Due to Inclement Weather
The New York City and Varick Street immigration courts are closed on November 1st and 2nd, 2012.
All other immigration courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and EOIR Headquarters are open as scheduled at this time.
