Bringing Justice to Immigration Law: Jerome Hall Lecture at Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law

by

Last Friday, I delivered the Jerome Hall Lecture on April 2 at Indiana University's Maurer School of Law. The paper presented ("Bringing Justice to Immigration Law." ) soon will be published in the Northwestern University Law Review. In the paper, qter mapping the discriminatory foundations of immigration law, I discuss the rise of a powerful immigrant rights movement, as well as the Trump administration's staunch opposition to that movement. The lecture also analyzed the uncertain future of the quest to bring racial justice to immigration law.
