William Gresser is the President and founder of EB-5 New York State, LLC. The Company was formed in 2007 and was designated as an EB-5 Regional Center by the US Citizenship & Immigration Services in 2009. EB-5 New York State has successfully completed several job-creating EB-5 projects - from inception through the I-526 and I-829 petition approval process. In addition, Mr. Gresser manages a regional center outside of New York and is actively engaged in EB-5 projects throughout the US. Mr. Gresser is a member of the Board of Directors of the Invest in USA (IIUSA) industry association and is a regular speaker on the EB-5 program.
