What should we put on "Information about your alien relative" ?

In mexico they use two last names... one from the father, one from the mother..

should i put both of them together?
or should we just use the first-last name?

You mean we should use the name as it appears on the mexican passport?

I've heard you just use the family name "that means the father's last name given" as in..

    Carlos Soto Gonzales

we'd use Soto as family name, and dont use the other one... of course the mexican passport would show both of them, but im talking about INS paperwork...

    what do we do?
does this form goes for 96 dlls?
so we just need to fill the form and sent it along with a money order for that ammount?

My husband is Ecuadorian and has two last names. On all of the paperwork we have used both last names. If necessary use a hyphen!
