Hello...perhaps someone can help...a young vietnamese girl i'm trying to help has no passport, green card, social security card or birth records. Her mother (who may be here illegally) has told her that she was born in this country (california), however when we contacted the hospital where she was supposedly born they had no record of her. Also her mother is not very helpful with her since it might imperil her own situation. Is there anyway that this young girl would be able to obtain any legal documentation such as a social security card, birth certificate etc

If she came into this country illegaly, no. If you can prove she was born in the US yes as she will be an USC automatically.
