You have nothing to fear... out-of-wedlock child has nothing to do with Moral Turpitide.

...... Now if you have not been supporitng that child...... You certainky have a problem with the INS.

    I found this confusing.

Having a child out of wedlock = adultery, right?

Did the search on Crime Involving Morale Turpitude on this discussion board. It, indeed, lists adultery. ???

Since naturalization can take several months....
    soooo

If the spouse finds out about a child born out of wedlock, and is furious as a wet hen, so mad & unhappy, can the green card valid for 10 years be revoked?

Good moral character is a requisite for granting citizenship, adultery is bad moral character, a crime against chastity.

Crimes against moral turpitude is a ground for denial for a green card application, I am not sure and I don't believe that it is ground for green card revocation.

Hi I was wondering if you have 2 kids overseas and you are divorced how does the Ins know if you paid your child support? If the ex-wife doesn't complaint to the ins that means you are ok? Thank you
PS I am refering to the N-400 application.

Having an illegitimate child is not a crime. No problem with citizenship application.
