Thread: medical visa and k3 visa

I'm currently waiting for my wife's k3 or i-130 to be processed. Right now she might need some surgery because of complications after giving birth to our son. I don't trust the doctors in her country , yes, I've been there and I believe US doctors are more skilled and have access to greater resources...

If I have my wife under my health insurance, what options does she have? Could INS approve some sort of visa (medical or our k3/i-130)?
