I'm getting marry tommorrow and i'm out of status for the past seven months. I'm not in special registration group and i don't have any criminal records whatsoever. My future wife is USC. Will i get deported if they see that I'm out of status for the past seven months?
    Thanks

It all depends on how you entered the US. Did you enter with a valid visa? If so the overstay will be forgotten once you marry a USC.

Try and rectify your status as soon as possible.

    Good Luck

as long as marriage is in good faith and that you did not come to usa with intentions to marry, you will be ok

If they find out you overstayed and you haven't file any paperwork, they will deport you.

If you have filed the paperwork, no worries. File asap after you get married.

It's not quite that easy -- and it shouldn't be. Why would you "overstay" and then "suddenly" be getting married? How long have you known your fiance, and why was a fiance petition not filed? The INS will ask because it all seems suspicious, and that's what happens when you do things suddenly and you do them out of order. Marriage is supposed to be decided carefully and over time.

If you entered the US legally you will be ok. Even if you overstay 3 yrs and marry a USC, everything is forgiven.
