    Hello
I am 68 years old immigrant to USA 2 years back.

In 1987 My brother applied for me and I came to
    USA in 2001.

In 1987 when applied for petition At that time I have included my two sons age 19 and 13 at time of application.

Now my question is can I call my son as per the new law as they were below 21 years of age at the time of filing petition. Now in 2003,
they are 32 & 26 years old both married and they have small son. or after getting my citizenship.

They are not eligible under new law. Now they are married, so you can not even sponsor them untill you become a U.S. Citizen.
