Thread: deportation question

    when deported to birth country, is the deportee allowed to leave to a different country right away or is there a ban..(besides the U.S. of course.)

    Didn't we already answer this? Where you go is none of US business; it is up to other country to let you in.

    You can leave before physical removal to another country. If the government removes you at their expense you go to your country of citizenship or habitual last residence if stateless.
