    i am a legal permanent resident. Is there an easy way to call my fiance so that she can stay with me and can apply for the permit. I would be very much gratefull if anyone gives me the advise.

    You can apply for a K-1 and wait for an approval. Or, you can marry her abroad and then process her LPR application at the Consulate abroad.

    Only USC can file a fiance petition (not permanent residents). The only way is marry her abroad and then filed the petition for spouse.

    Don't forget, if you marry abroad, your wife can't return to the US with you. She will have around a five year wait for an immigrant visa since you are an LPR.
