Please can anyone help me with advise !
I'm out of status and intend to ask for asylum
Where should I rather do it ? In US or Canada ?
Do I face the risk of being put tp jail in US ?

    Will appreciate any comment.

I can only comment on the US Asylum process. Its pretty hard to be granted Asylum in the US however you should seek a lawyer in Canada or if you ever come to the states.

The BCIS website here in the states has lots of info on the process.

Or you can check out this forum that have asylees on it.

I dont know about Canada but here in the States it does not matter if you came in legal or illegally.

Just find you a pro bono lawyer or a normal lawyer and he/she will be able to help.
