    HI I LIVE IN NEW YORK MY WIFE IS CANADIAN CITIZEN AND SHE IS GOING TO GET SPONSOR FROM HER PARENTS AND HER PARENTS IS US CITIZEN HOPEFULLY SHE WILL BE IN USA SOON.
    MY QUESTION IS SHE CAN SPONSOR ME TOO.?
    I AM OUT OF STATUS CURRENTLY FOR LAST 5 MONTHS WHAT ARE MY CHANCES CAN SHE SPONSOR ME OR NOT.?

    To Steve:
    When your wife's parents will sponsor her, natutally you will be added in her petition. Remember one thing, it takes about 3 - 4 years for a married son/daughter to immigrate. If your five comes here as a single or unmarried then she will just get immediate GC and when she will apply for you, it will take another 4 - 5 years.
