We applied for my fiance's EAD about 4 months back (120 days or so). STill have not recieved it. Do ;you know what could be the reason? I thougth the wait was 90 days not more then that. It's been VERY long so curious if this has happned to anyone else or not. Thanks for your help guys and gals..

Fiance Visa is issued on a condition that the person will get married within 90 days. If you are not married yet and 90 days have passed, then you should not expect EAD. If you have got married, then you should sponsor your spouse and apply for AOS and EAD.
    Good luck.

Sometimes it depends on where you're filing at. There are some places that give out EAD on same day and others wait for 90 days or more. They made some changes in issuing EAD. You need to go thru a background check ( IBIS) and if there's a hit they will conduct an investigation to rule out any discrepancies. But if you have no problem with (IBIS) you can go to your district INS Office and ask for an interim work permit.

Did you receive receipt letter from INS or not. Did your wife went for fingerprints. You can check status of that application on line by visiting INS website. Soon, your wife should receive a letter to pickup her EAD. Sometime it is little bit delayed. Wish you best of luck.
