If an asylee has applied for adjustment of status and waiting for green card (which takes forever) and if he/she applies for canadian immigration and gets it and go to canada. But maintains a US address where he/she could receive future mails for green card interview.

Once called upon green card interview, come back and get the green card. Is it possible or INS is going to reject green card application because he/she accepted canadian immigration?

If you don't want to live here, you should't apply for a "green card" here... The previous poster telling you to stop your "third-world-thinking" is very right! You obviously are not worth an asylee status in the U.S.!

Let say you get a greencard. Have you thought about how are you going to maintain your green card once you get it? Where are you going live?
