If i have to make any emendment in the application/petition that i have already filed. How do I do that.

On I-130 I filed for my wife I was supposed to mention on line 22 "applicant would apply for k3/k4 visa abroad". I did not do that. Does it make any difference. How do I change it now.

    Please advise

BCIS/INS if they look into the form, they might send it back or you can write to them. Thats all you can do now.
What is your status? It depend on that also.

let me give u brief history.

I filed 4 separate I-130s for my wife and 3 children as a USC petitioner in Texas. (Wife and children are back home) After that I recieved I-797 (noice of reciept) from INS. I then filed I-129F (fiancee/spouse visa) and included all three children in the same I-129F since they are under 21years. recentlty i found out that since this is fiancee/spouse visa, I should have written on line 22 of I-130 "applicant would apply for k3/k4 visa abroad". I did not do it. Does it make any difference. How can i change it if i have to.

    That was my whole history.

    Please advise

I assume that you, instead, wrote the consualte that handles CP of I-130 petitions? Taht should be fine.
