    hi everyone

    i am engaged to my bf and we re going to marry in like a month. now since war startet we re afraid that it might be possible not to get a visa. i overstayed my visa ( entert legally)
    please we need some advice

    You'll need to provide a bit more information. Is your BF a USC? LPR?

    As long as your fiance is USC and you entered the country legally, you'll be using 245(a) immediate relative provision--which will allow you to adjust in the United States....Good Luck!!
