Thread: presently living with spouse

I was presented with a problem of a LPR who seekd naturalization and who meets all requirements, except that her US Citizen spouse recently moved out of the country, taking the kids with him, and very likely will not return. She is a nurse and would like to become a citizen. How big of a problem does she have, and what other options are suggested by her situation.

    Thanks for your help
