Thread: What's My Status?

  1. #1
Hi I am currently, as they say, "Out-of-Status"
My visa expired a while ago, I've overstayed in the States by many years, but I came in legally.

But on my I-485, that I'm finally filing, it asks, for my INS or nonimmigrant status. What is the correct wording for my situation?
