I have not done any violation of jumping red signal nor stop sign, I have received a ticket by mail and they are asking to me pay $350.
I am based in Fremont, CA. Please tell how should I about to tell them that according to my knowledge I have not jumped signal and avoid paying money and the ticket to reflect on my records.

    Reason issued - RED/STOP VEHICULAR

    Thanks in Advance

There should be instructions on the ticket on how to appeal the decision, otherwise contact the police.

Contact a local ticket clinic (lawyer) in your area.
