    Country where she lives?
Is she currently in the U.S.?
Is she here on another type of Visa?
    When does the Visa expire?
What state do you live in?

Your case not very clear. Could you tell what kind of Visa she hold, have you guys meet in US after she came here, or you applied any K visa for her while she was abroad? But one thing, it is a lot easier since you are US Citizen. Actually if you not having complicated case and its straight forward plus she and you don't have any criminal records or break the law, you can file it yourself. Unless if you want lots of money . Its up to you.

Please note I'm not a lawyer, so act at your own risk.
