Thread: Can USAFIS guarantee a U.S. Green Card?

  1. #1
No; however, it can guarantee that if a person is eligible for the Green Card Lottery program that the individual's application will qualify for the program. USAFIS is a professional pair of eyes to make sure what you write and fill out meets the standards of the U.S. State Department. All too often, people who register for this wonderful opportunity do not make into the front door due to their application being disqualified. In 2004, over 10 million people applied for the U.S. Green Card Lottery program and over 2 million were automatically disqualified. One of the main reasons for the automatic disqualification was due to missing information on the application form. What a pity! USAFIS ensures its clients the opportunity to be in one of the greatest opportunities of a life time, a chance to enter the U.S. Green Card Lottery program.

All of this just a sales pitch for something that is worthless....filling out an electronic application for the DV is simple and no one needs to shell out $100-$500 for some third party to do it, and then make some half-a$$ed 'guarantee' of nothing....let the buyers beware....this is nothing but a scam....one does not need the 'assitance' of any third party nor the assistance of any greedy immigration attorney to enter the DV.

For once, I'm in agreement here too. If you're capable of filling out forms, don't waste the money. The guarantee is bull - they can not guarantee that your application will be looked at and they certainly can't guarantee to improve your odds or that you will win.

Thanks Someone 12 and Aroha for your replies --
Both are right, application can be done for free and directly. USAFIS is application submission consultancy and we do not force anyone to take our service when you can do it on your own. Yes, if you are not very sure of handling all the documentation and official work on your own then only you should go for professional help. We assure you that your application will surely get selected for the DV Lottery program. We do not guarantee you Green Card and no one can guarantee that.

Now there is an absolute LIE....sorry Danna, but your sleazy company cannot guarantee that a particular application will be selected for the DV.....and if you claim otherwise, prove it. Come on....get off your soap box and demonstrate how anyone dumb enough to pay your 'company' some silly amount of money will be guaranteed to have their DV entry selected....you obviously were trained by an immigration attorney...

Yes, 100% guarentee. Pay anything they ask. You will get U.S. citizenship in return.

How can you ASSURE that? Even making certain the paperwork is filled out correctly does not increase any odds that out of the estimated 12 million entries for the 2011 lottery, someone who uses your service will be one of the 50-55,000 that are randomly selected. Your service is nothing but a scam.

Anyone considering entering the DV lottery should only ever use the official site - http://dvlottery.state.gov. BTW, entry in to the 2011 lottery is closed.

Here again you are mistaken. We are not guaranteeing you any kind of Visa. There are million of applications for Green Card but only 110,000 get the invitation for the interview and out of that only 55,000 get success in getting the visa. But before that your application has to be approved for the lottery process.. Most of the application gets canceled because of wrongly filled forms. I hope I am able to answer your query.
