Thread: All lulac/Css Denied Applicants

  1. #1
All the denied applicants of Lulac/Css should unite and sue USCIS for not acknowledging the settlements rules n regulations and mistreating them and calling them liars n all. No affidavits were accepted as were agreed per settlement. We all have been living here for almost 20yrs now and our lives are settled now they have left us nowhere. No work permits or d.lic to renew. We should contact Peter Schey to file the lawsuit, which will atleast give us the work permits to survive until come CIR comesby, hopefully. Any suggestions.

Pearl, be careful what you write. 20 years ago was 1990, you have to have been here for 30 years in order to qualify for CSS/Newman/LULAC.

As far as getting people together, forget it. I told you that 3 years ago, you wouldnít listen. Itís way too late now, the denied are now getting picked up everyday, I know this for a fact. You cannot get too comfortable, everybody who was denied is going to be deported. If you donít have a criminal record, you will be a low priority. That does not mean they will forget about you, your turn will come. They never forget. Donít believe me? Read this http://www.ice.gov/pi/dro/index.htm

They know who you are, where you live, have your photo and finger prints. The function of ICE, is to deport ALL aliens who are not in status. When you get denied and your appeal is denied, that means youíre out of status and deportable, period.

It does not matter what the CSS/Newman/LULAC states, the USCIS is no longer following that settlement, they did for the first year only. When it became clear that the attorneys who litigated the settlement either lost interest or (for some unknown reason will no longer participate) the denied became unprotected. This is not an opinion, itís a fact.

    Hi unique
By 20 years i mean't tht USCIS even accepted all d applications and were issuing the work permits n everything. Everyone knows we all have been here almost 30 yrs and still striving. This is the country of immigrants, and if we all have played by the rule, no criminal records and we already should have in lines for the green card. Need justification. So sad. Hope something comes for us n everyone who is suffering in the name of so called POLITICS. God bless everyone.
