If your spouse get removed from this country
forever, would I file for a divorce just like
as if my spouse were still here?

I would imagine so! The best thing, if you can't or won't accompany your spouse, would be to get divorced. Once you file with your district court (rules are different in every state), you may just need to prove that he can't appear for the divorce proceedings (show the removal orders etc. and that he's inadmissiable). Ask your local, civil court for further instructions. Good luck!
