Help Wanted: Immigration Attorney

The Immigration Attorney will provide services and support on a variety of case types. DUTIES: Oversee a team of attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants; Primarily focus on H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, PERM labor certification, I-140 and I-485; Review forms, filing letters, RFE responses, and letters of support; Manage external communications with clients and government agencies; Oversee attorney research on questions of law and procedure; Strategize immigration solutions with clients; Provide consultations to new clients; Counsel employers on compliance issues; Train legal assistants and paralegals when needed; Report directly to Managing Attorney. REQUIREMENTS: Must have a J.D. from a U.S. accredited law school; Admission to State Bar of California, or other jurisdiction; Must be in good standing with state bar(s) of admission; Minimum 6 years of solid business immigration experience including PERM, H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, I-140 and I-485; Experience with high volume practice; Experience managing paralegals and legal assistants; Excellent organization and attention to detail; Proactive and team-oriented; Must be able to multi-task and handle competing priorities; Strong analytical, writing and research skills; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Provide a high level of client service.
