F1 married to USC

Hi. Iam F1 student in status, I have been attending school full time. I got married recently to USC and filed for AOS. Do I still have to maintain my status after filing. Thanks for any responses.

Well, this is a grey area. Technically, now you are "adjustment pending". If you are thinking of quitting school, I would definitely wait for your EAD, just so that you can begin working if you wish, just so to avoid any potential issues. But as long as your F-1 status was valid at the time you filed the AOS, you will be ok.
