Thread: Out of status and getting married to USC

This question is to anyone who knows the answer. My sister in law will be out of status next year. If she gets married to a USC will she have problems getting her docs? Does she need to go back to her country? Will she be banned from U.S. for 3 or 10 years?

    Thanks.

Once she marries the USC, the time out of status will be forgiven. She should not travel outside of the United States while out of status or after she accumulates 180 days of unlawful status.
