I wrote here about my situation and now I really get confused.
I filed I-485 thru INS court and my deportation was terminate, what was happen my I-485 I filed?

So, I filed I-485 again at Local office recently, but I already took my fingerprint last year for my I-485 after I showed up to the INS court.is this still good or I have to do my fingerprint again?
I have a receipt for my fingerprint and paper said "for I-485" but I didn't here anything regarding about my I-485...

I send off my copy of receipt to local INS office and also I wrote a letter to INS office for indicate where is my I-485.it has been 7mos since I filed.

Since INS judge terminate my deportation, all my paperwork is is have to be starting over again? or some point, they still processing my papers at INS office, not INS court?
could it happen? because filing fee is not a joke for me!!

    mohan, umesh, please help!!
