    I was convicted of a felony charge for computer fraud in 1992 and served time for it. am I eligible for US citizenship? Any advise?

    -what was the actual conviction?
    -The same as the charge or was it plea bargained to something lessor?
    -what was the actual sentencing and how long?

    with any kind of conviction, especially if jail time is included, it's difficult to establish "good moral character" for naturalization purposes. With the little information you offered in your first post, I'd guess that a felony conviction would make you permanently ineligable for naturalization (if the actual conviction is for that).

    It was insurance fraud and carried a five year sentence
