    IMMIGRATION HELP PLEASE

I'm 16 years old, my parents have been separated for about 2 years now, but not divorced. My father is an American citizen, but my mother is illegal here in the U.S. I want to know what happens to my mother if he files for divorce. Does she get deported?

Unfortunately, she could be deported if she is not married to A U.S., citizen. However, a citizen could petition for her parents-mother-but he will be eligible to at age 21.
