Your father needs to sponsor his child for legal permanent residency in the U.S. by filing an I-130. There is no minimum age – he can sponsor him now. However, if he’s not marrying and sponsoring his girlfriend, then immigration may need proof that she’s relinquishing custody to your father. This process can take 1-3 years based on current wait times for children of legal permanent residents. For more information about this class of green cards, check out these websites: http://www.visapro.com/Green-Card-Fa...Preference.asp, http://www.visapro.com/Immigration-A...s/?a=1893&z=40 or http://www.uscis.gov/family/family-g...nent-residents.

All that will change is MAYBE the amount of responsibility you'll have. Like helping around the house or feeding the baby once in a while.

Tell him how you feel and tell him that just because he is having a baby boy does not mean that you don't matter. Sit down with him and really have a heart to heart talk with him if he does not stop acting like that go and live with your mother.
